Renaprov Finance has moved one step closer to listing on the Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC), although it raised only a fraction of the capital it initially sought. The Central African Stock Exchange said on July 21 that the microfinance institution's 52,019 newly issued shares, worth a combined CFA1.092 billion ($1.9 million), have been admitted to the Central Securities Depository (DCU) of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC). Cameroon's National Shippers' Council (CNCC) is looking for a financial partner to operate mini bank branches and Mobile Money kiosks at its roadside service centers, expanding its strategy to turn these facilities into business hubs along the country's main freight corridors. The state-owned company has issued a call for expressions of interest, with applications due by July 23, 2026. Cameroon's State Housing Company Eyes $267 Million Capital Boost to Unlock Real Estate Expansion
Cameroon's state-owned real estate company SIC plans to more than triple its share capital through the transfer of 11 state-owned land parcels valued at CFA151.82 billion ($267 million), a move designed to strengthen its financial position and support future housing developments. If approved by the relevant authorities, the operation would raise the company's share capital from CFA75 billion to about CFA226.8 billion.
